Guests will receive each course carefully packaged with detailed preparation and plating instructions, as well as a Zoom invite to join Dezilu Wine Co. for a pre-dinner Q&A.
Dinner pick-ups will be Friday, December 11, between 12pm-5pm. Pick-up instructions will be sent the week of the event via email at the address provided at checkout.

Pickled Strawberry Panzanella
sweet roasted tomatoes, pickled strawberries, toasted pepitas, vegan herb cheese, strawberry balsamic vinaigrette, house focaccia croutons

Butternut Squash Hash with Porkloin Milanesa (or Seitan Milanesa)
local mushrooms, pine nuts, sunflower microgreens, compound apple sage butter, heirloom carrots

Grilled Apple Cake
